MARINE DIESEL OIL
When refueling safely, have no doubt that if the characteristics of your vessel require the Diesel, it must be of the Marine type.
MAIN FEATURES
Marine Diesel Oil: It is a fuel for vessels, with a Sulfur limit of 5000 pm, reddish color, does not receive any type of additive and with a flash point of 60ºC.
FLASH POINT
This is the most relevant aspect as it is linked to safety, considering that on boats, the fueling compartment is very close to the engine and, the higher the fuel´s flash point, the less vulnerable it is to combustion.
Therefore, the S500 or S10 are not suitable for use in refueling water vehicles, as the flash point is low and could cause fires and explosions.
